It is a happy day today: Mr. Shiny now is a young twenty-something adult in a serious relationship with Miss L – a lovely girl that brig out the best in him.
Ms Ace and I are celebrating another anniversary since that day when we decided to start all this wondrous and scary adventure.
Miss Spacebuns is an artist, a singer and a fashionista, well versed in the ins-and-outs of Asian street wear and “Japanese Lolita” styles.
She has walked around Harajuku in character, during a very memorable stay in Tokyo, and that opportunity has molded her sense of self for the better. Much better
And our dog Shiro, the fluffy and cheeky one, is a very happy, friendly and chilled companion. Very much unlike his predecessor, Kuro, a tough guy with bad temper, whom we still cherish and remember.
At this point I would say that we are living a happy life. Happiness is all around us.
But so much happiness must be guarded and watched with intent and perseverance, as any fleeting moment of insanity, fate or bad luck or poor decision-making can bring things apart very quickly and suddenly.
